What Faida processes
Faida may process the following details entered by the user: lane (origin/destination), equipment type, mileage, deadhead, broker offer amount, operating cost per mile, fuel price, driver hours available, truck readiness, broker trust level, delay times, approval status, and paperwork status.
What not to send
Do not send through Faida:
- Unredacted rate confirmations or bills of lading
- Full street addresses or precise GPS locations
- Government-issued IDs (CDL, SSN, EIN)
- Payment cards, bank account numbers, or routing numbers
- Passwords, API keys, or account credentials
How the information is used
The hosted Faida endpoint uses submitted facts to return cost-based load guidance, delay-claim math, and broker wording suggestions. The ChatGPT app does not create user accounts or maintain a persistent trip history database.
Third-party services
Hosting (Netlify)
Requests pass through Ni Biashara hosting on Netlify. Routine hosting logs may be generated for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Ni Biashara does not sell Faida user data.
Payments (Stripe)
Paid intake uses Stripe for checkout and card processing. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy. Ni Biashara receives checkout session data, payment status, and receipt references to fulfill paid requests and maintain accounting records.
ChatGPT (OpenAI)
The free Faida app runs inside ChatGPT. OpenAI processes conversations under its own privacy policy. Ni Biashara receives only the structured tool inputs you provide to Faida, not your broader ChatGPT conversation.
Data retention
- ChatGPT app: Stateless. Ni Biashara does not store ChatGPT session data.
- Free calculator: Runs entirely in your browser. No data is transmitted.
- Paid intake submissions: Retained for up to 3 years as business correspondence and accounting records, then deleted.
- Stripe payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).
- Hosting logs: Follow Netlify's default retention (up to 30 days for access logs).
- Support emails: Retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 1 year.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@nibiashara.biz with the subject line "Faida Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and any third parties with whom information is shared. Ni Biashara does not sell personal information. To make a verifiable request, email admin@nibiashara.biz.
Children
Faida is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Faida evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Faida after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
